If You Cancel Your Holiday
You or any member of your party may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. Cancellation charges will apply as per our published cancellation policy.If We Change or Cancel Your Holiday
We plan all arrangements well in advance, so changes are unlikely. However, we reserve the right to make changes to your travel arrangements at any time. If changes are necessary, we will notify you at the earliest possible date.
Booking Vouchers and Tickets
All booking vouchers and tickets will be provided at least 3 days before departure.
We also reserve the right to cancel your travel arrangements, giving reasons where applicable.
If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., bad weather, Earthquake, Land Slide, Flood or If for some reason the traffic system is disrupted )
If the tour has not yet commenced, we will try to offer alternative dates.
If the tour has already commenced, we will refund the booking price/fee on a pro-rata basis, depending on the portion of the tour you have utilized.
In all cases, our liability is limited to refunding the amount you paid for the tour.
If You Want to Change Your Holiday Plan
After confirmation of services, if you wish to make any changes to your travel arrangements (e.g., departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to accommodate your request. However, changes may not always be possible. All requests must be submitted in writing by the person who made the booking. Any costs incurred due to amendments will be borne by you.

Cancellation charges per person
Canceled before 30 days or more prior to trip start date: 35 Percent of total package cost
Canceled between 15 to 30 days prior to trip start date: 50 Percent of total package cost
Canceled between 14 days to 7 days prior to trip start date: 80 Percent of total package cost
Cancellation less than 7 Days prior to trip start date: 100 Percent of package cost will be charged
