Last month, I undertook an international family tour to Dubai with all seven members of my family. We comprised two adults, two children, and three senior citizens. A friend of mine recommended Pradyumna Tours, sharing his outstanding experiences with the company for all the tours he had taken.
Listening to my friend, I reached out to Pradyumna Tours for a 10-day Dubai tour, and they provided me with an unbelievable quote that included private transfers and prime time slots. Initially, I suspected there might be an error or that the service would not meet the expectations outlined in their quotation. However, to my surprise, they had a 24-hour support team and exceeded what they had promised. At one point, when my young son, who is just one year old, became cranky, I contacted the tour company, and they arranged a private vehicle to take us back to the hotel in just 15 minutes. Although they charged me for this service, it was a minimal cost compared to what I would have paid for a cab on my own.
Having traveled to more than 15-20 countries with various tour operators and sometimes managing all bookings myself, I can confidently say that my overall experience with Pradyumna Tours has left me thoroughly impressed and satisfied with their operations and service. They will now be my go-to tour operator for the rest of my life.
