What to Expect
- Hotels conveniently situated on the outskirts from the main city centers in all major destinations.
- Room occupancy: max 3 persons per room (3rd person on rollaway or sofa bed)
- Room sizes approx. 190–230 sq. ft (4-star) or 120–180 sq. ft (3-star)
- Tap water is safe to drink; bottled water not provided in hotels
- All sightseeing and entrance fees as per itinerary are included
- Travel by luxury air-conditioned coach, overnight ferry, and Santa Claus Express train
- Packed meals may be offered on long travel/transit days
- Flights booked into Oslo and out of Rovaniemi (via Helsinki)
- Upto 1 stop flights available from Delhi
- Upto 2 stop flights from Mumbai and Bangalore
- International flights include 23 kg of check-in baggage and complimentary in-flight meals
- Direct joining guests must arrange their own airport transfers
- Booking amount or initial deposit is minimum Rs. 45,000 per person if booking is done 45 days before travel.
- Before 90 Days of Travel, an additional deposit of Rs. 30,000 per person needs to be paid to enable visa processing.
- For travel within 45 days of travel minimum deposit of Rs. 75,000 per person needs to be paid at time of booking.
- Full 100% balance payment is required to be done 21 days prior to travel.
- Full payment must be made in accordance with the policy stated above.
- In case of non-compliance thereto by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour /booking of the client and forfeit the amount already deposited with the Company.
- In case of any visa rejection, the cancellation charges will be Rs. 30,000 per person (EX-BLR, BOM, AMD, HYD, MAA, CCU Rs.40,000 per person) plus any Visa Fees Paid (if selected).
- Passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of departure.
- The Tour can be cancelled 30 days before travel by paying 10% of the tour value as cancellation charges.
- Within 15 days – 30 days of travel the tour can be cancelled by paying 50% of the cancellation charge.
- Within 15 days the tour is completely non-refundable.
- International Check in time is 1500 hours / Check out time is 1100 hours, early check in and check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- For guaranteed check-in; charges equivalent to 1 night stay will be applicable.
- We shall be providing 1-stop flights from Delhi
- We shall be providing upto 2-stop flights from Bangalore and Mumbai
- Tours will operate subject to all Government regulations
- It is suggested to carry one check in bag and one hand bag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach
- In case of any increase in any taxes in Europe, there would be a change in price which will be justified
- No refunds for unutilized services.
- Minimum passengers required to operate the tour is 20. In case the group strength falls below 20, the group may be merged with a similar tour. However you will not miss any sightseeing’s as mentioned in the itinerary.
- On some occasions, you may have to join another group in case your group does not have adequate members.
- If certain sightseeing/excursions are closed, then alternate sight-seeing will be arranged.
- In case of inordinate delays and strict driving laws, packed dinner may be provided on that day.
- In case the passenger is joining directly, the arrival transfers have to be arranged by them or booked separately.
