Terms & Conditions
- 1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
- 1.1 Deposit and Final Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total tour price is required to secure your booking.
- Full payment is required 60 days prior to departure.
- For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- We reserves the right to amend tour prices, and any price difference must be paid by the customer at the time of booking.
- 2. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
- 2.1 Cancellation by Client
- Standard Cancellation Policy:
- More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit only.
- 60-46 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost.
- 45-31 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost.
- 30 days or less before departure: 100% of total tour cost.
- 2.2 Cancellation by Voy Holidays
- We reserves the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient numbers or unforeseen circumstances.
- Full refund will be provided for tours cancelled by Voy Holidays.
- We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred by clients in preparation for the tour.
- 3. TRAVEL INSURANCE
- Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all participants.
- Insurance must cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, and emergency repatriation.
- Proof of valid travel insurance must be provided prior to departure.
- 4. HEALTH AND FITNESS REQUIREMENTS
- 4.1 General Requirements
- Participants must be in good physical and mental health suitable for travel.
- Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
- We reserves the right to decline any booking if deemed medically necessary.
- 5. PASSPORT AND VISA REQUIREMENTS
- Participants are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and necessary visas.
- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the tour return date.
- We are not responsible for visa rejections or entry denials.
- In cases of visa rejection, all expenses incurred by Voy Holidays for visa processing are non-refundable and will be billed to the customer.
- 6. TOUR MODIFICATIONS
- We reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, local circumstances, or force majeure events.
- No refunds will be given for unused services due to client choice or circumstances beyond our control.
- We reserves the right to alter tour prices, inclusions, services, or withdraw offers without assigning reasons.
- 7. RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY
- 7.1 Our Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate tour services as described.
- Provide professional tour guides and services.
- Maintain reasonable duty of care for participants.
